frostmilano.com and its games are run by Frost Milano in Austin, Texas. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions go to [email protected].
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, get a parent's or guardian's OK first. You can play as a guest without an account.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; what happens on your account is on you. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Be decent
- No hate, harassment, threats or sexual content in names, the guestbook or anything else you put on the site.
- Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attack the site, scrape it, cheat its boards or try to get into other people's accounts.
We can remove anything that breaks these rules.
What you put on the site
- Guestbook messages and names on the boards are public. You let us show them on the site.
- Photos you upload stay private to your account.
- Music you send to Frost Radio stays yours. By sending it you confirm you own it, or have the right to send it, and you let us play it on Frost Radio and credit you by your artist name and socials, until you ask us to take it down.
Tips
Tips are voluntary. Card tips are taken by Stripe for Frost Milano, and passed on in full to the act you tipped, less Stripe's fee. Venmo and Cash App tips go straight to the act. Any deal a bar gives you for tipping is the bar's own offer. If a tip went wrong, email us.
The games
Coins, items, pets, ranks and everything else you earn in the games are for fun, have no money value, and cannot be sold or cashed out. Games, prizes and boards can change or reset.
Real people and places
The games show real Austin places, musicians and public figures as cartoons and parody. Nothing a character says is a real statement by the real person. If you are shown on the site and want something changed or taken down, email us and we will deal with it promptly.
Copyright
The site's music, art and games belong to Frost Milano and the artists who shared them. Do not copy them without permission. If you think something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email us what it is, where it is on the site, and how to reach you, and we will look at it and take it down if you are right.
No promises
The site is made by one artist and is offered as it is. It may break, change or go offline, and saves can be lost. To the extent the law allows, Frost Milano is not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, and in no case for more than you paid to the site in the last twelve months.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top moves when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
